Service Description

A gas safety certificate is commonly referred to as a CP12. This stands for CORGI Proforma 12. As outlined in the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 Gas Safety Certificates are valid for a period of 12 months and must be renewed in order to prove that the gas appliances, pipework, chimneys and flues are still safe to use.
