Service Description

During a boiler service, our engineer will visit your home and perform a range of safety and efficiency checks on your central heating system. You need to get your boiler serviced once a year. If it’s not working properly, your boiler can waste money and may even start leaking poisonous carbon monoxide. We can make sure your boiler is running efficiently and safely with an annual boiler service. Our servicing includes: Visual check on flue ways and terminal Cleaning the burner and pilot light where applicable Cleaning and lubricating the fan where applicable Cleaning and adjusting ignition components Cleaning and visually checking the heat exchanger Checking all gas connections Checking all safety devices Gas pressure and heat input verification Checking operating pressure, resetting if required Checking seals (gas and water) Test flue visual Full operational checks and advice on using your system efficiently A full boiler service report
